Breakfast diary.

I think it's a perfect time for something fresh on my blog. I had some ideas, but at the end I decided to write about food. That's what wall love more thaanything else. There are a lot of  conflicting opinions about the importace of eating breafast.  I can totally agree with the breafast as the most important meal of the day, I just can't go out hungry. The  morning meal gives me so much energy and so much fun while I'm making it. I made kind of diary of my morning meals I love the most and hope you like it. Since tomorrow I'll be off for a little holidays in Egypt and I'm totally excited about. I'm already prepared for diving into the Red seand to get some tan. If you want to be in touch just follow me on instagram, because I hope there is internet.

What's in the bowl?

Baked eggs - you need:

-Two eggs

-Tomato

All you have to do is: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Combine all the ingredients: shredded vegetables (you can add everything you like) and eggs. Later add the mixture into the roll (remove the center of the roll first). Put it into the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, you'll see when it's done.

And my favorite part: The banana bread

Ingredients:
-2 cups of flour
-Teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup butter
-3/4 cup sugar
-2 eggs, beaten
-3-4 mashed bananas

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake it for 60 to 65 minutes.
Enjoy.
